Required Skills:

Additional requirements:

min. 2 years programming experience
basic knowledge of Linux administration

Technical Manager

GCC Group Sp. z o.o. is currently looking for a person to staff the position of Technical Manager in a start-up company taking up cryptocurrency and 3D printing. For this position, good written and spoken English skills together with valid EU work permit are required.

Required Skills:
– Ability to manage a large team of technical people (Proven experience of minimum of 5 years is required)
– Deep interest in technologies
– Understanding of software and/or hardware development practises
– Budgeting skills
– Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills with teams in multiple locations
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deliverables
– Willingness and possibility to relocate either to Barcelona, Spain or Poznan, Poland.
– Occational travel to other offices is required.

Deep Understanding of the following (preferably at least some practical experience):
– PHP
– MySQL
– Zend/Symfony framework
– Good problem-solving skills
– Advanced level git
– Experience with CMS (WordPress)
– Javascript/ HTML/ JSON/ XML/ AJAX

Technical Support Specialist

We are currently looking for people to staff the position of a Technical Support Specialist at GCC Group Sp. z o.o. The ideal candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset with some authentic experience in customer support, and demonstrate very good computer skills. Also, for this position, good written and spoken English skills and willingness to do shiftwork are a must.

Responsibilities:
– Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
– Evaluating the severity of the users problem and acting accordingly (e.g. alerting a developer in case of a system bug, or contacting the finance department in case of issues with billing etc.)
– Following up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved and gaining feedback from customers about the system usage.
– Creating client databases

Required Skills:
– Very good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
– Very good command of written and spoken English
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good problem-solving skills
– Customer-oriented mindset
