Design for the Environment

GCC’s design practices are geared towards minimising environmental impact of the designed product from cradle to grave. This means taking into account materials and energy used in manufacture, waste and heat generated during manufacture and use of the product, plus options for recycling, regeneration and as a last resort, disposal of the spent product.

Manufacturing Flexibility

Our Offshore Transition service integrates customers' proprietary designs into a China manufacturing environment, whilst maintaining full security and confidentiality.

We specialise in low volume, high precision, labour intensive production transitions. Modular production lines are engineered for high or low output and can be configured for batch or continuous flow output.

We also design bespoke machinery, such as customised cutting machines, turning machines and metal spraying machines.
